Devlane was founded in 2020 with the vision of creating a nearshore partner that blends deep technical expertise with a people-first approach. The mission was clear: to help U.S. companies scale by tapping into the exceptional potential of LATAM talent.

What began in Uruguay, with our headquarters at Montevideo’s World Trade Center, has grown into a regional presence spanning all of Latin America, with +140 tech experts supporting clients across multiple industries.
