What's the role about?

As a Lead Developer, you’ll join a growing team in the health and wellness industry, working directly with the CTO to build and evolve customer-facing applications, internal tools, integrations, and data pipelines. We’re seeking candidates highly proficient in React and TypeScript, with strong backend experience, who embrace AI-assisted development and enjoy combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership and end-to-end ownership.

What do we require from you?

• 5+ years building production web applications, with at least 2 years in a lead, senior, or tech-lead capacity.

• Deep, hands-on fluency with React and TypeScript, and strong comfort on the backend with Postgres and serverless/edge functions.

• Experience with booking platforms and appointment data, and knowledge of how that data exists alongside standard commerce tooling.

• Knowledge of marketing tools, including CDPs and Klaviyo, and experience tracking standard conversion metrics using Google Tag Manager.

• Hands-on experience with analytics and event tracking pipelines.

• A track record of building and maintaining third-party API integrations (booking, payments, CRM, or similar) that hold up in production.

• Hands on experience with Claude Code (or a comparable agentic coding tool) as a core part of how you build.

• Ability to use AI tools effectively and safely.

• Advance English level.
